Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or video of the damaged/faulty product
  • A description of the issue

Lost Orders

If your order is confirmed lost by Australia Post, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
